Firstly, make sure you have topped up your printer credit account. More information about paying for printing.
How you send something to the printer depends on what device eg desktop PC, phone or tablet. It also depends on the software you are using. You can always ring the IT Helpline for advice on 0161 247 4646.
Just as an example, if you are printing a Microsoft Word document, select File, then Print. Then choose either MMUPrint3Mono for black and white printing or MMUPrint3Colour for colour printing. Then select the Print button.
Once you have sent your file to the printer, you can collect it from any university Multi-Functional Printer (MFP). There are some in the Library and in many other buildings across campus. The IT Services website has more information.
