Items will be processed as they arrive. A number of checks need to be made to ensure material can be scanned under the Licence, so items should be forwarded in plenty of time. We aim to process all requests within 10 working days, but this may depend on the number received in future. If you tell us the dates when the material will be required we will prioritise accordingly.
