Current procedure

Please allow 2 working days if items are available in the Library.  If an item is being transported between All Saints and Crewe then please allow 5 working days.

Once your reservation is ready to collect we will email your Manchester Metropolitan staff or student email account to let you know.  Reservations will be kept for seven days.  You can check your library account to see if they are ready for you to collect.  Once the status of your reservation changes from Placed to Waiting, then you know the reservation is ready to collect.

From Monday 4th September 2017

All reservable items are originally issued for 2 weeks.  If you reserve an item on loan we notify the person who has borrowed it to let them know that they need to return it.  The item will not be renewed automatically.  Once the item has been returned we will process it within 24 hours and it will be placed on the reservation shelves ready for you to collect.

If an item is transported between All Saints and Crewe for you then you should allow 5 working days for it to arrive and be placed on the reservation shelves for you to collect.
