If you are an externally enrolled student with one of our partner colleges or associate member of academic staff, you will see this message because you have tried to access an item that is not available for you to use. The terms of our licences allow us to offer you access to some, but not all of our subscribed online resources. 

If you see this error message and think that you should have access to the electronic resource because you are a fully enrolled student or full member of  Manchester Metropolitan University staff, please try the following:

  • Close and reopen your web browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Firefox) then try accessing the resource again

If this does not work,

  • If using your own computer/mobile device: clear your browser cache, then close and reopen the browser and try accessing the resource again.

 

  • If using an Manchester Met computer: try using a different web browser.

- Go to 'All Programs' in the Start menu. Choose from Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Firefox.
