You should always check with your department or tutor, whether you are allowed to use lecture notes in assignments. In addition, if lecture notes include information that can be found in an academic source, it is better to use the academic source than cite and reference from lecture notes.

If however, it is OK for you use lecture notes for you assignment follow the format as outlined in the section on Lecture notes.
