1. Go to the Databases A-Z on the library website
2. Select Practical Law
2.Click sign in at the top of the page
3. Scroll past the log in box and see the option Access through academic institution near the bottom of the page - select this option
4. Find Manchester Metropolitan University on the drop down list and select. Then click continue
5. You should now be presented with the Manchester Metropolitan University sign in box - username is studentid@stu.mmu.ac.uk and password is your usual network password
6. If you are not taken straight to the Manchester Metropolitan University sign in box, then it will ask you to fill in a quick form with your name and email address. This will create a one pass account - you should only need to do this once
7. You should now be signed in to Practical law - you should see an account in the top right of the screen and options to add favourites
