On campus: If you click the link above, you should already be logged in on campus (unless you are on your own device - in which case, you should log in with your University username and password when prompted). You may then see a box entitled OnePass. You need to add your name and an email address to this box the first time you log in.
Off campus:The first time you log in you may need to select sign in with academic institution (even if you see an error message - scroll down the screen). You will then be prompted to add an email address and your name in the OnePass box. You will then be redirected to the Westlaw service.
You should only need to do this once, even if you are on a shared PC or clear your cache regularly. However, Westlaw are currently having some issues with their new platform, meaning some users will get this message more than once - our suppliers are currently working on this problem, in addition to the error message that is occurring for off campus users.
