Westlaw have upgraded to a new platform.
As a result, you may then see a box entitled OnePass the first time you log in. You need to add your name and an email address to this box. You will then be redirected to the Westlaw service.
You should only need to do this once, even if you are on a shared PC or clear your cache regularly. However, Westlaw are currently having some issues with their new platform, meaning some users will get this message more than once - our suppliers are currently working on this problem.
