As it would not be possible for others to locate this type of source, you should first check with your tutor if they are happy for it to be used in your assignment. Citation elements
The name of the company/organisation and the year.
Example citation
(Manchester Metropolitan University, 2018) OR, if using a ‘direct quote’, (Manchester Metropolitan University, 2018:3)
Reference elements
Name of company/organisation. (Year) Title of document. Document number (if provided). Unpublished internal company document.
Example reference
Manchester Metropolitan University. (2018) Flexible working policy. Unpublished internal company document.
