If you use the AOL browser to access many of our online services you will encounter a variety of problems.

This is easily worked around by using an alternative browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox:

  • Connect to AOL as usual.
  • Open your chosen alternative browser and use it to access our services.
  • Don't close the AOL browser or disconnect from AOL. The AOL browser will continue running in the background while you stay connected.
  • Close your alternative browser and use the AOL browser to disconnect from AOL when you are finished.
