These are usually related to problems with your password or, in some cases, information in the Student Records or Staff databases (eg enrolment problems, non-payment of fees etc).

  • Even though you may be able to log in to your student email account, there can still be something wrong with your password. For example, you may not have changed it when requested and so it has become blocked.
  • Initially, please contact the IT Services help line (ext 4646) or any Library help desk for assistance. However, please be aware that your enquiry may have to be referred on (particularly if the problem is connected with Student Records), which will delay any resolution.
