A good first step to solving many problems with access to electronic resources is to clear your browser cache.
If you are using a PC, press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE and select "Clear browsing data", "Clear now", "Clear" or "Delete".
If you are using Safari on a Mac, select History -> Clear History and select a timeframe.
If you are using Chrome or Firefox on a Mac, you can use the same keyboard shortcut as with a PC.
