For students:
- Your username to log into a PC on campus is the eight digit ID number shown on your Manchester Metropolitan University ID card
- Your username to log into any services, such as Office 365 or online library resources, is your email address in the following format: eight digit ID number@stu.mmu.ac.uk
- If it is the first time you are logging in, then the password will be your date of birth in the format DDMonYY
- For example, if your date of birth is 2 February 1992, then your password would be 02Feb92
Please remember that your password is case sensitive.
For staff:
- Your username to log into a PC on campus is the eight digit ID number shown on your Manchester Metropolitan University ID card
- Your username to log into any services, such as Office 365 or online library resources, is your email address in the following format: eight digit ID number@ad.mmu.ac.uk
- If it is the first time you are logging in, your password will be randomly generated and emailed to your line manager. You should change this password once you have logged in.
